LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herein hold IG Tower Realty, LLC, Beach Dogz Daycare, LLC and Laura Wagner harmless from any and all liability and waive and release IG Tower Realty, LLC, Beach Dogz Daycare, LLC and Laura Wagner and their assigns, heirs and successors from any and all liability which may arise from my use of the property located at 16 Hedges Pond Road, Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360. The use of this property is limited to the weekends and this property is to be used solely as a dog park for Pinehill Residents and their dogs.
The area to be used as a dog park is fenced in and wooded.
The undersigned acknowledges that the terrain in this fenced in area is uneven, contains stumps and is full of holes. The undersigned agrees to be mindful of this terrain, both dog and human.
The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that his/her dog is friendly, up to date with all required shots, including kennel cough.
The undersigned herein acknowledge that he/she is responsible for his/her dog’s behavior and is responsible for any injury to his/her dog and any injury or damage caused to any other dog on the property
The undersigned also agrees to pick up and dispose of their dog poop and any trash. If Laura Wagner deems that this fenced in area is not being kept up or receives complaints of issues or problems with any dog, Ms. Wagner reserves the right to terminate this offer without notice.
IG Tower Realty, LLC, Beach Dogz Daycare, LLC and Laura Wagner offer the use of this property free of charge pursuant to the above conditions.

For your dog's safety & comfort, dogs are required to attend 2 days a week minimum, 3 (non-consecutive) days maximum.
Please email us their vaccination status & town license. Dogs needs to be UTD for bortadella (kennel cough), Rabies & DHPP. All dogs need to be spayed/neutered after 7 months.
